Lots of new restaurants in the last few years and in addition the the BGs food cart pod there's the new one at Farmington & Angel (Breakside brewery). Lots of people walking around those areas now on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
I moved to Oregon back in 93. I moved to North Plains. I was collecting my mail one day because North Plains didn’t have mail delivery lol. And an old guy said to me our population stays pretty constant here. Every time a baby is born some guy leaves town.
