I grew up in a suburb on the outskirts of the big city. Much safer, much better community and quiet. I have a car and don’t mind driving where I need to go. 15 min to get to the grocery store is not a big deal to me since I only go maybe once a week, realistically it’s more like 12min. The houses are also much bigger and cheaper
#1 The locals. Look, it's my Childhood home. When I was growing up, I had to deal with insufferable people who felt that Jackson Elementary School which is a local School to Hillsboro literally belonged exclusively to the People from the Jackson School subdivision and made sure you knew how unwelcome you were at every turn. I got a Front row Seat to Class warfare living there as a Property Dispute was ongoing over whether people who lived on the wrong side of Jackson School road should go to Jackson or be bussed up the Road to one of the other Schools and over zoning laws about who should be allowed to go to Jackson. They Felt entitled to it belonging to them alone and tried like the Dickens to push to get kids like me who grew up on the Other side of the Road bussed up to more run down schools. People around here suck, They Engaged In Flagrant Class warfare. Also, their Demonic Spawn Children engaged in a massive bullying and did they scold them for it even once? No. Boys will be boys, they figured. I got picked on a lot by the Local Demon spawn (their kids) growing up. Like You want to know why Hillsboro Sucked in the 1990s? The people living there is why.
The area is the Portland Metropalton. And in my opinion those aren't real reasons that would discourage someone who had an opportunity. For a regular decent person who does not affiliate with a group Hillsboro is the worst choice. I mean it's just a click town. And in my opinion it started out with a lot of corruption. I was stuck there in Hillsboro for quite a long time. The people there are just as belittling as a small town. And being from here with no family there are really no job opportunities. I mean I would have had to affiliate or identify racially in Hillsboro to really join a click which is a poor association. I guess I don't think there is a potential friendship in Hillsboro. But maybe my bridge in life is just too burnt from my adoptive and step family. It's just way too much energy to explain to my family. And I can't bear the personal expenses they demand. I had to struggle to get out of Hillsboro, I really could not start my life there. I pretty much wasted 17 years stuck there getting injured. In any industrial job or tech job in Hillsboro you need to identify with a ethnic group in order to be promoted. There's just nothing I would possibly do there. No love and no respect at all. I know I am a good person and I didn't deserve to be put down. But admit it life is over for Men. Honestly there is nothing I could enjoy in Hillsboro. For example if I went into some trails and a scenic area there would be at least three teenagers there mocking me for being there. And then the Vape problem is bad. I have gotten second hand Vape fumes there in Hillsboro many times. In a way being so alone has prepared me for death. Well everyone's death if you think about it. I don't try to be crude just non filtered. And what the C.I.A. said there was not anyway the vaccination could stop the mutations after the Corona virus mutated after becoming a global pandemic. You know there may be a reason I was held back. Survival in an inhumane culture. Well the C.I.A. said that the lifestyle vulnerable people are not going to survive what is coming. That includes most people that I know. I'm not a vulnerable lifestyle. Well what is the American dream other than a vulnerable lifestyle. I never had that dream but I dream of escape and freedom. I am a prisoner in many of my dreams but I'm always trying to find a way out. I do have a little more freedom out of town. At least I have fresh air out here. I don't know what I would do if I had to live in Hillsboro again.
There are many stereotyping people from all ethnic groups. Hillsboro still has many racists. Some of the racists have changed and others can never change. And some of them are just addicted to the euphoric high they derive from the robbery of your natural energy. I really made a mistake with friends I had, but they were charming. You see I thought they had overcome their racial tension. My Ex wife has turned out to be a racist. Most any of the people I know are actually quite limited in a racial type of way. But I try to keep it in perspective. And I simply won't be invited anymore. There has never been anything true that I was invited to. I guess it is safe if you're prepared for danger.
@@SMOKEY428 It's gotten to a point where it would take a P.H.D. in Psychology to under the reason racism is still spread. But keep in mind we have a lot of cultural differences out in Hillsboro. Sometimes people still need to realize when there are too many differences. In many ways racism is a cultural imbalance. Made up from people raised in making excuses. And from the Bible we can understand there was actually only one old clan that was considered its own race. But they were all annihilated by God's storm. Overall this clan was its own race but at the highest level of waste. And waste was the reason the God's storm sent it down the tubes.
Well, it's over run Buy Mexicans and blacks if that's your kind of crowd you would like it there. if not don't go there. Oh ya liberal and democrats over run it to. Allso overly expensive living and the people are rude as fuck don't move there.

It’s far out enough from all the homeless. That’s a plus in my opinion.
Buses and Max are great and easily accessible. You obviously did no research on the bus lines.

Is Hillsboro racist ? And is it safe to live there as a international student
