I'm always honest with costumers where I work. First of all I'm not particularly afraid of getting fired, second of all, I was hired to provide good service the costumers, so they are my primary concern. I'd rather have a complaint about the products we serve, so my company fixes that, than me providing bad service.
Honestly, Sheldon would be a good server. He would memorize all the ingredients in everything, be able to get everyone's orders right without writing anything down, and gives his honest take on what he doesn't recommend.

There is only good in this scene. The dynamics of the characters work so good together, everyone shines! The jibs and punch lines about "working", Leonards retalliation, and, last but not least, Sheldon's genius that nobody seems to notice or understand. Just wonderfull!
Prolly something many noticed but didn't 'notice', in the scene where Sheldon said "it's the waves", you can literally see the lamps which are designed with waves. Since this is the only time in the show we see these lamps, I'd say this is an excellent piece of background items conveying foreground conversations
