As a point of interest, when you roll Hogwarts die, EVERYONE gets that benefit, so if you roll influence, everyone gets +1 as I understand it. It doesn't look like you guys were particularly doing that.
Another great playthrough by you two. But about the game itself, I felt depressed as soon as the actual game play started. The feel of the game was very dark. The player gets hit with nothing but penalties all through the game. Is that fun? What if you had lost the game? You feel miserable during the game and then the final payoff is more misery? I'm sure the game could have been designed the opposite way, the player gets good or better bonuses at the start of the turn while the baddies are stronger to defeat. The current game design feels much more suited for a theme like in Arkham Horror.

The series itself gets pretty dark as it goes all things considered as well though.
Yeah, we should all crawl into our Safe Spaces and play CandyLand because this game is all hard and stuff.
