Thanks for posting this. I used to get the 0730 X37 from Bonnybridge to Glasgow. It took 1 1/4 hours at that time in the morning. I had breakfast in Glasgow the the 10 o’clock Citylink to Skye. I did this every other week for over a year until I finally moved to Skye. Great video.

1 hour 20 in normal hours is the time length of the journey From Falkirk to Glasgow. It could be reduced to under 1 hour with bit of foresight By McGill's.

Well done for this video, but for me a trip down Memory Lane. It's 44 years since I was last in Falkirk; presumably the town no longer has its Bus Station? I was ok until the Alexander Dennis site in Camelon then I was utterly confused, as it must be over 50 years since I last took drove along that route, Nice to see some places haven't changed, but Glasgow to me, has altered greatly.

It still takes far too long despite it being longer on the motorway.
Far too much stopping in Falkirk area, and unnecessarily serving Cumbernauld Village Cumbernauld Asda, Greenfaulds, Condorrat, Mollinsburn and between the M8 junction and Buchanan for the X37 to be a real express.
But at lesst there's guaranteed comfort now, something that was sorely missing in First's days of the 37 and then the X37. Hard seated L reg and 52 reg Scaniad, hard seated Volvo ALX400's used on the 37 snd then X37 was very shameful.

The Citylink 900 went between the M8 skip road and Buchanan Bus Station without letting off any pasaengers (it does not pick up passengers in the other direction) The only stops it made was at the traffic lights.
That's what you call setting the standard for the X37 and other X prefixed services that come off the M8 to follow.
