Cut the parchment paper into 3 inches of radius circles. Take a tumbler upside down and place the paper on it, press all the sides, and make a tumbler shape. That's it😊. You have your very own muffin cups😊
you can try husk fibre. what eggs go is they bind everything together, and husk fibre is used in many vegan bakeries for the same job. i think you can find it in “healthy” section of groceries store, though depending on your country, you might have to go to a big supermarket

hi!! it can depend on what you're punning, but also how much you're putting. because if you add something as much as half of your batter into the batter, it can definitely weight it down. also if, say, you've mixed the batter with bananas too much, and created something as mashed banana batter, it can also be a bit denser, therefore won't rise as much. but, you should definitely check your baking powder and baking soda. if it's old, or have been opened for too long or even just a bad brand, that all can affect the rising process. hope this helps!!

Freeze them after they cool if you want to keep them longer.

She didn’t talk about oven temperature. You have to start out with 5 minutes @ 425 and then turn the oven to 350 for the remaining baking time.
