Pak Liyari Biryani | Best Biryani in Dubai | Pak Liyari Restaurant | Dubai’s best Biryani

Once a dish for royalty, today this mouth watering dish reflects the flavor and traditions of each locality and is a common dish across many places in Pakistan with different local variations.
One of such biryani is served in Pak Liyari Restaurant located in Meena Bazar Dubai, which is considered to be one of the best biryani in Dubai.
The Chef Mr. Muhammad Ali is considered among the top 5 chefs who make incredible biryani in the Emirates. As the chef says, he uses normal spices but the key ingredient is the cooking procedure. I have tried my best to bring a closest taste possible however if you are in UAE please visit the branch to taste the original recipe as well.
Ingredients
Mutton 700g
Oil 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cinamon 2 sticks
Bay leaves 2
Star anise (badyan) 3-4
Cloves 7-8
Black cardamom 1
Tomatoes 2 & 1/2
Ginger, garlic and green chili paste (3-4 chilies) 1 tbs
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Water 1 glass
Potatoes 3 small
Fried onion 2 small
Dry plums 4-5
Dry mint 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salte to taste
Tomato paste 2 tbs
Boil Rice
Rice 700g
Salt 3 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Black pepper 1 tsp
Star anise (badyan) 3-4
Cinnamon sticks 2
Bay leaves 2

Maam mai 2015 mai dubai gaya tha liyaari ke biryani khaee thi waha pe. Lekin unloggo toh alu nahi daala tha kya aapne unhi ke style mein biryani pakaee hai ??
