woah another solar build who would have guessed :) But fr shards is incredibly fun and I've been wanting to update it but wasn't 100% sure how to do so, good video
Good catch, I somehow totally missed that when I was making the video haha! Yes, Beams would be the Fragment I'd swap out for Solace. However, both have their pros and cons; Beams will cause Shards of Galanor to more consistently refund the maximum amount of Super Energy, as the Blade Barrage projectiles will have better tracking capabilities, but Solace will help to keep you alive more often in higher difficulty content, as your buff timers are longer. It's entirely your choice which to use, but in the gameplay in the background, I was indeed using Ember of Beams!
I may make an entire video about this in the future, but using www.d2armorpicker.com will allow you to create builds using Armour pieces that would allow you to run a +5 stat mod (Mobility, Discipline or Strength) in your Arms without losing out on overall stats! As those mods only cost 1 energy, you can run all 3 Hands On mods without losing out on stats!
I don't think I've watched a build video like this from start to finish, your video is just perfect, simple and in detail. Thank you.
Super in depth appreciate this!
Was looking to update my shards build. Thanks!

If Bungie didn't go so hard with the Artifact mods for Solar this season, I might be able to have some variety with my builds 😭
You didn't include Ember of Solace in the initial overview of the subclass, so where was that supposed to slot in? In place of Ember of Beams?
