I think your bedroom would make a great filming/ getting room as there are already wardrobes, and a bathroom in there. You can use that as your room to get dressed and work from and have the other room as just somewhere you sleep with a bed and some side tables :) Love the apartment, excited to see what you both do with them! xx

You should change the lighting fixtures in the corridors to spotlights and use more of a white colour bulb as opposed to a yellow bulb. That will brighten up the space so much (especially when you have the doors and skirting boards painted) and it will make it look 10 times more modern!! Trust me 😚 also, lovvvve the apartment 🥰🥰
You really should put a little radiator cover on the radiator in your master bedroom! Will hide it and be a pretty feature. Also put a little dressing table/desk in front of the window in wardrobe room. Deffo Ikea pax system the big wall in the wardrobe room. and if was me I would put a little sofa that converts into a bed on the opposite wall to be able to make it a functioning second bedroom. but might not be practical if you need more clothes storage space. I imagine you have way more clothes than i do. :)
you should take the wardrobe doors off and put up shelves with some lighting and make it a bag or shoe display. Kinda like a small version of jeffree star's old vault ahah xx
You could remove the doors off the fitted wardrobe in your master bedroom, add white shelves and make it a shoe/bag or designer items display :)

You can dye wooden floor ours was originally brown and now it’s a dove colour - if you want to make it more bright and open- just an idea ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
