Syd you should go for an eye test, I went for one and found out last year that I have a condition called chiari malformation. Without the eye test or mri scan I never would have known😌honestly what your describing is what I have daily. So many people are born with it but don’t find out for like 20 odd years. It’s basically pressure from your brain pushing down onto your spine. Honestly look it up or have an eye test ❤️
