Tip for when you are going food shopping leave all your shopping bags in the boot of your car so that way you will always have them with u and wont forget them and make sure once you bring them in to unload ur shopping that u put them straight back into your car

@@charlotteneal4055 The food is really good, always fresh and the hot meals (teriyaki/katsu curry etc) always come hot. The only problem is their delivery times. I’d says order an hour before you were going to order just for safety as every time I’ve ordered it has come late. Think justeat tend to underestimate the time for some reason

Your blood sugar would have been low. You should never exercise and not eat, exercise lowers blood sugars and can be very dangerous.
I know you guys will probably know this but please don’t leave your heated clothes horse plugged in when you’re not home. They’re a really big fire hazard! x
