This. Ive never been impressed with the 47 chip in any projector at all. My older 66 chip in the optoma uhd65 was far superior in clarity and sharpness. I got sick of waiting around on someone to go back and use them and ended up with a JVC now, but Id still like to see someone do a more budget friendly laser, native 4k projector. Epson keeps releasing the same stuff with iphone style "improvements" each release it feels like and every DLP projector is using the 47.
Hisense is the ODM that makes the DMD/Laser system for Valerion, and they supposedly have a new .94 DMD Chip from TI that can do 8K or 4K 240hz. Hopefully they are engineering something we'll see implemented soon. Maybe they'll also add the "Light Steering" technology they developed with Barco which is like Local Dimming for projectors to up the contrast too.
@@badpuppy3 0.94 dmd chip won't be used on projectors below 15-20.000 usd. Just look it up how much previous 1080p 0.98dmd dlp machines costed in the past.
Any pricing or availability information on the longthrow lens? I am really interested to learn more about that as the throw was my only complaint when I first started hearing about this projector.
Vertical lens shift. A feature found on sub $1000 projectors. And it’s reserved for the top of the line model. I really don’t understand why these guys are getting a pass on this. For the price of these things they should have vertical AND horizontal lens shift.
@@JilesMcCoy yes sir, can't wait. Oh by the way I commented a few weeks ago about getting a RSL 10E to use with my RSL 12S and was a bit worried but you said it would be fine and you were damn right! Sounds absolutely insane with these two subs! Just wow.
Interesante serie de proyectores, gracias por la información. Saludos desde Bogotá D.C., Colombia
I dont know.
I don't need another .47" DMD chip projector. I would like to see what Valerion could deliver using a larger DMD, .65" or .66".

How do these compare to the Epson LS12000, the NZ8, and the Sony projectors that we are familiar with?
I'm not familiar with Sony Projectors
Much batter value

Because they are a lifestyle projector.
Pero si se enciende la luz se ve mal?? Jajaja por ese precio me compro una television de 1000 pulgads oled.
The Pro 2 is the second from the top (Max).
Nice!
They are adorable and bringing joy to the budget home theater 🎉
Indeed!
i thought i was gonna get one of these but now my money is saving for a 110" or 115" tv
Go for the TCL 115 or the Hisense 116. They are both amazing.
On thing you don't get with large display is portability room to room or on vacation.
I agree I was hot on a UST 100 inch but now I want a the 98 inch TCL QM6K.
@@JC-bl9bo That is probably going to be the best value performance 98/100 of 2025.
