( you will get it in every phone settings) Step 2:- eat your meal around 8-9:30. Step 3:- use digital wellbeing of your phone. Set time according to your sleep. Like mai 10:30 rakha hu. (Uss time pe mera phone dnd me chala jata aur screen black n white ho jaati.) Step 4:- as soon as your digital wellbeing gets activated keep your phone aside and think about next days tasks. No sooner you will sleep. Take care ❤

I had this bad habit of using excessive phone and using before sleep. Things gradually became so bad that i had anxiety and stress and stayed in bad mood always and stopped talking at home also. One day i decided to stop using all social media app. Deleted Insta, FB, Twitter. And have set timer for TH-cam for 1 hour during day. Now i don't bring phone in my bed. Now i sleep 7 hours of good sleep and my head feel light and free of anxiety. We should make people around us aware of this dangerous thing that we are addicted to.

Use American soldiers' technique, inhale for 2-3 seconds, hold it for 4-5 seconds, and exhale do it for 3-4 times, u will wakeup in morning and yes put your phone aside first cheera
