Stuntman Mike depends on the purpose of the sled push in the workout. For a lot of my workouts, the weight of the sled isn’t heavy enough to be too taxing. Instead the sled push gets my heart rate up and makes the other movements more difficult. For this case, you could sub sled pushes with running or rowing - anything that will get your breathing heavy. If you’re using heavy sled pushes as a strength movement, that’s harder to sub to gain a similar feeling
If you do a TH-cam search there are several ideas. If you have a treadmill you can walk on it with it turned off and that replicates the stimulus pretty well. We ran into this in a training group I’m in.
