I remember when you first started the Algebra Glue Book. It was wonderful to see it! I am quite taken with the idea of a mood journal - as I viewed pages, each one did give a mood or vibe. This concept is going to be my next glue book for the stack of 'glue in me.' I already have several, lol, working in them sporadically. Wheee. Thank you!

Good Morning from Australia 🙌 I started a Collage/Gluebook in November 2023. I wanted to reconnect with my Artistic side as an escape, and as a way to express my inner self thru a visual journal, using pictures, designs, colours, multi media techniques, showing different aspects of my inner emotions, hopes + fears, desires + motivations thru creating Art, in an altered book medium. I love having a permanent reminder of this journey, that I can go back and reflect on time and time again. Viva La Vive. 💟🎨📓🌞😍

Being an English and Art major, it's so nice to see an algebra book put to good use, lol 🤓 I recently started a similar book, a collection for things I want to keep, but no where to put them. "It's in there bc I like it and wanted to put it in there" is all it needs to be. It's a 1953 edition of Charles Dickens Bleak House and has a fabulous cover. I also have a gorgeous old French textbook that will probably end up like your beautiful algebra book here.

It's not as hard as it looks. You just have to enjoy the process and not worry about how it turns out in the end. You can do it!!

You would be doing us a favor if you decided to put some of those pages you tore out up for sale. I live in the rural Midwest and finding printed Japanese is pretty much impossible.. I would buy some of those in a heartbeat,
I actually just finished packing some packs of foreign text, They will be going up for sale first week of April along with some books and fodder that I don't think I will ever get to. just getting everything organized and ready to go.

I’ve been doing similar work in journals for a very long time. I’ve never really understood the concept of a glue book, but it is most definitely a visual art journal. This was quite the feast for the eyes. I have a third grade math book that I’ve been planning to use for a book about my childhood. Yay, you! And thank you!
Where do you get the textbooks? I’ve looked for some before on EBay and they were really expensive.
I come across them sometimes, when they are really cheap I get them but for the most part, yes they are very expensive!
