They always know for sure that they have taken out all koi , that were in the pond ? They don't get baby koi during the time in these ponds ? Are they all of the same sex ?
Good question! The breeder counts the number of Koi that enter and get out of the pond again. Koi in the mud pond are all the same sex. Females with females and males with males

Yes I will do that when I can go back to Japan. 😌 well some koi weigh between 20-30 kilos when they are fully grown.. pretty heavy 😅
