Its not a bahay kubo... it maybe called modern house on stilts, no aspect of bahay kubo on this desigm, bahay kubo as all we know are made of indigenous materials and not of aluminum windows, concrete and veneer wood

The entrance to the main door -- should be an inclined RAMP (not stairs) -- because the owner will someday need a wheelchair to enter his home.

That’s genius. When you’re older you don’t have the ability to clean like you used to. This is so smart for the elderly who can’t take as care of AS much house as they used to but aren’t rash To give up their freedom and be in a home. Maybe this is the future for retirement communities!
