You're correct, but I'm worried that still both ANC and DA carry 60% of the GNU Structure, therefore they can still collude and have their way in the GNU.
What these other parties should advocate for is revision and increase of the 60% decision making vote threshold to 80 or 90%. Meaning this will ensure other parties representation and vote on all decisions. As it stands and with the existing terms drafted by the DA, DA and ANC can decide as they form more than 60% of the vote.
