- This has been life changing for the farm - and we brought home 2 more horses - rescue horses in a different way - not from neglect this time! This Solis tractor is the bomb! We love it! The Donkeys found a new summer home and we think they might be in Heaven!

It's more that the horses were not being utilized. Everyone goes through seasons of life - at different times. There is someone out there who would love to have those beautiful horses and spend time with them. I love that tractor!

Hi Alan and Vickie. When I was younger I wanted to get a horse, and my parents were skeptical that I would keeps interested. Mom told me they were pleased that I took sole care of my Morgan horse gelding, I got a job and paid the bills myself, and committed myself to spending time with my horse. When my horse needed to retire. I moved to Vermont and had two jobs to afford his care. He eventually passed away from old age. I live in Massachusetts now I am retired. ❤

I feel Iris pain. I lost my 41 yr old gelding last Christmas. I had to put him down and that was a very hard decision. I owned his mother and raised him from a foal. My children grow up with him as if Thunder was their brother. 😊 I have always wanted a donkey, I love the way they call out to you. Prayers for Jarrett and his Parents. Love your videos. Named the new filly yet. I still like Midnight Sorrell 66 because she was born during the Midnight hrs. Call her Midge would be cute..

I dont always comment because I watch you alot on my big tv. I can't like either,but I do try to go back to my tablet and like. I dont know how long ago you had the horrific accident but i prayed you would have a full recovery. You have been my go to to de-stress. Thank you for all you do for your Navajo neighbors in saving their horses. I know its hard on your farm at times. Your kids are wonderful people. My favorites are the donkeys.

I think of it less as neglect than he has two beautiful and useful mares that were just becoming pasture pets. If both mares are registered, with good lines, you could always breed them to Gold 66. They might make good broodmares for either your program or someone elses. 💖💖💖
And any excuse to see the grandkids is a good one. 💖💖💖
I think it's a shame that colleges and universities no longer have any equestrian classes and courses.
Lovely that you are able to bring in the two horses and find them homes where then can be useful & loved.
That was a nice solution with the donkeys. Win, win. The lady gets some company & her weeds eaten. The donkeys have a cooler place to spend the summer.

Tell me when Arizona don’t have a beautiful sunset. Always gorgeous. Tfs you fun days on the farm. Ow to go feed the last of our farm, the tortoises they come out when it warms up. lol.

I lived in cottonwood Az for 6 years and have a pretty good idea of the distance between places you’re going and the type of roads you’re traveling on and usually pulling a house trailer. You make it sound like it’s maybe 20 or 50 miles. Not the 2 to 10 plus hours they actually take. Your views of Arizona make me want to go back except I don’t like the driving.
Hottie and Gold 66 would make the prettiest baby.

You won't have much trouble finding homes for these two horses. Both are in good shape and nice looking too. Has the Palomino mare ever had any foals? If she is registered, perhaps someone would be interested in taking her along with a breeding to Gold 66. We know Gold 66 is very well bred, so if this mare is even reasonably well bred, maybe a nice Palomino foal could come of her and Gold 66.

Gorgeous horses! I bet they'll find new situations that fit in no time. Kids outgrow so many activities, interests, even friends over the course of time. And, I guess you could say that Bryson's admiration for the tractor is like a Quantum Solis, hee hee

That was so nice of Iris to get in touch with y'all, cause its really a win win for both parties 😃 Jack and Salt can eat and enjoy all the grass and weeds, plus giving Iris a little companionship 😃. Your Solis tractor has really cut down on a lot of physical labor, and that's always a good thing. Your new horses are gorgeous 🐴, you definitely wont have any problem finding them a new forever home. Our sunsets in AZ are truly beautiful. Alan do you still have your Faith, Flag, Family and Freedom shirt? Hottie is a good looking Palomino Horse. Alan the Donkyman. Dixie is a good looking Paint horse. Has Lex been officially bred by Gold 66? How is Blue Micky is her back healthy again? That is funny and sad you have washed the tractor more than the cars so far.

Your friend could use some goats to help her with the weeds. They eat just about anything.
They just have no use for an animal that they can outrun lol kids just grow up, and sometimes away from what we do. They have the option of returning to the lifestyle now since they were raised up in it.
