Her mum doesn't ignore her, her mother just hates being on camera. Her mum is extremely supportive; she attends most of her concerts in Korea, she packs her clothes for her and when she is sick Bom goes back to stay with her mum while she looks after her. It's true her mum didn't want this career for her when she was younger and her Aunt helped her but her mother is very proud of her now!!!
