This is actually really impressive. I played Road Rage a lot as a kid when I got it for Christmas in 2001. It was really fun. This looks like a fun MOD! Props to everyone involved!
Insane the graphical difference in 2 years between road rage and hit and run. Never was a fan of road rage either, I just feel so trapped that I can’t get out of the car, plus picking people up gets old after like 2 trips lol.
You were able to drive through the school in Evergreen Terrace. Drive through the Duff Brewery in Entertainment District. Drive through the Mall and Cooling Towers in Nuclear Power Plant. Drive into the Truckasaurus Stadium in Downtown Springfield. And Drive through Burns's Mansion in Springfield Mountains. I used to play this and all of the PS2 Simpsons games all the time as a kid.
They should mod this so you can also play it like the original road rage by doing taxi missions but with more dialog when you pick people up and drop them off

For sure, I completely forgot to mention in this video that Fox actually got sued by Sega because of its similarities. Eventually it was settled privately but who knows how much they ended up paying...

Agreed! I'd like to play more of this in the future to see what the later missions are like but for the time being, there are so many other mods to play.

The one thing I will say about the Road Rage map is I like that it's not just a big circle like the Hit & Run maps. In that sense it feels a bit more like a 'real' city but overall, yeah I prefer the Hit & Run maps.

Yeah same, it's why I always resorted to running over the characters and messing around.
ive never seen an edited map other than reskins like the spongebob one, if people are able to make new maps this changes everything

it might be less complete than I thought :( so far it looks to just be a map mod with no missions currently
this version of the simpsons map sucked. the hit and run map is believable.
