Great video. I am the coach for U11 and U8 teams and this is definitely going to help us. Thank you.

Pllz tell what are the aspects for technical ang physical training on which we should decide our session.for example dribbling, plyometrics, streching

I set up my sessions like this:
      1. Physical Warm up (dynamic stretching, light running)
      2. Technical warm up (simple passing or dribbling drills to get lots of touches)
3, 4, and maybe 5. These are 2-3 drills that are the primary focus of the training session!
      6. Cool down (light jogging and stretching, fun training games like crossbar challenge or something like that)
So I pick 5-6 things to do in a session each about 15-20 minutes long so the session can take from 1 hour & 15 minutes to 2 hours in length

It’s time to work on skill moves, to create separation from defenders.
So important I said it twice😂

Should we go every aspect in 1 training session and repeat it or do every aspect differently with each session

That is up to personal preference. I prefer to work on one area a session since I think I’ve seen better results when I do that but as long as you’re consistently training the skills they will improve!
