Her live performance was my Dad’s favorite performance of all time.
This is my all time favorite cover of this song! It’s amazing to watch. She puts her heart and soul into it. Plus if you really watch her whole body is in it too!

I don’t listen to either country or gospel but the live performance from 2011 with Vince Gill ‘found’ it’s way into my TH-cam mix two weeks ago. I watched it at least a dozen times then played the whole ‘My Savior’ album a few times and was led back to the Word and my walk with God. For that I can’t thank Carrie Underwood enough.
Her voice and this album are stunning. I keep coming back to it and can’t say enough about how good it makes me feel.
I picked her 2 win wayyyy back in the day...she was a lil baby lol...God doesn't fail.
I've been watching your Morissette reactions and now you reacted to my other favorite female singer! No other artists can compare to not only the vocals, but the class and heart of Carrie Underwood and Morissette. The "My Savior" performance on the ACMs is a medley that also features CeCe Winans and it's amazing! Carrie also has a video up of her performance of "Nothing But The Blood" featuring Bear Rineheart of Needtobreathe (my favorite band) that is great!

This hymn is one of my favourites. And every time I hear Carrie singing, it feels like the first time I've ever heard it and the pierces my heart over and over again. I don't think I can't NOT cry when I hear it. I like this one just a bit better because instead of Vince Gill's really long guitar solo (he's good, I just thought it was too long), we get the third (and best) verse about the Cross.

Such a simple hymn but probably the best of them. And Carrie's voice is great. That last note had me out of breath.
She was feeling every word right from the start, but as she listened to Vince Gill playing, she must have just let the Holy Spirit take over and the crescendo built to a powerful finish.
She brings me to tears and get Goosies every time I hear her sing this song weather with Vince or not. She has a true voice of a angel!!!

This song made me cry so much because right I feel the lord will be with me cause I just found out I have colon cancer and they are going to half of it I am so nervous and then they will bisouey to see if to my limpnois and if did that is when I would have 7 weeks of chjpotheory and radiation please somewhere tell me how how to get through it cause it am a really scared
I like the Vince Gill accompaniment better. Same Carrie Underwood, but that Vince Gill addition was memorable.
Number 1 a live performance can have an energy that is great. Number 2 the music was better. Live performance never sounded over her.
This is my first video with you and you couldn’t have picked a better song. I’ve loved Carrie from American Idol to today. In my opinion, the strongest vocal performance every time she sings. Being new to your channel, just a couple of suggestions. First, could you make the video full screen and you in a side box. It’s too distracting with you taking up so much screen. Second, please don’t stop the video to comment. Wait until the end of each song. I’ve subscribed and notifications is on.

This is still beautiful and powerful! However, in my opinion this performance cannot touch the one with Vince Gill playing. I’ve seen that video many times and you can see the Holy Ghost in her body. She was completely filled with the spirit on that video. I don’t think she’ll ever be able to touch that performance!

After hearing them both I definitely prefer the version with Vince Gill
Home Frees version is good. But this performance is way better. I like to look at it as her giving out Lord a personal performance, and our Lord was loving enough to let us witness this. If you havent reacted to her song Something In The Water you should.
