Ah but you see the hospital was founded by Dr Dye-young. He was originally from Zehnh Fa. He came to the country because he wanted to help people. Though in reality his real purpose was to discover a ringleader in an international smuggling ring. You see the smuggling ring was making it impossible for Zehng fa to get medicine. He used his position as a doctor to collect information and compiled them. Just as he was about to uncover the truth and expose everything he was murdered. The head nurse was charged as she was the only one who had access to the medicine to poison him. Fortunately for the nurse her defense attourney, Raymond Shields stood up for her. Despite all odds and being backed into a corner several times, and having an apparition of Gregory Edgeworth appear and patting him on the back telling him that a defense attourney can never give up, a defense attourney must be an unwavering guardian to their client. He then told Ray to reexamine the evidence, that everything he needed was right there. After a careful look Ray realized there was a contradiction. The murder weapon had been assumed to be a syringe. However he realized the white substance that had been found on the victims lips wasn't powdered sugar like everyone thought. It was a ground up pill from the janitors own medicine. The key witness in the case. The janitor broke down and admitted he did it under orders of his superiors. Then before anyone could get anyone could stop him the janitor swallowed all of his pills. The janitor died, leaving the court with a sense of something much darker looming over them. In the lobby of the court room Ray offered a congratulatory hug to the nurse. Then the nurse's fiance turned up and gave her a happy hug. Both of them thanking Mr Shields profusely and how they could now be happy together. Ray shrugged and said he was only doing the right thing like his mentor taught him. The happy couple left and left Ray wondering if it really had been Mr Edgworth earlier or if it was just his imagination. Just then Ray felt a pat on his back. He turned to see no one there. His puzzlement soon turned to a smile and with a tip of his hat he walked back to Edgeworth Lawfirm.
Honestly, this has been a pretty damn epic game so far. I love the plot development Edgeworth has gotten and will continue to get. Why not localize it? It's been epic case after epic case.
Late reply but Capcom didn't think this game would sell in America. AAI1 apparently did not do well even though it was localized here. ... Not to mention that if they localized it now, this patch would need to be taken down...

In the context here, Karin Jenson is caring about Kay's wellbeing, and is carrying the things Kay had with her when Karin found her. "Caring" is "care-ing" and "carrying" is "care-EE-ing". There's an extra sound in "carrying"
