To be fair she originally made an internal complaint to hybe. Why aren't you guys mad at hybe for wrongfully making an internal complaint public, yet continuously blame her for having to elaborate on the internal complaint because of hybe trying to wrongfully terminate her? And where is source music's lawsuit against belift labs? Just think about it. And the most important things hybe needed to do was: 1) Announce that they were doing an audit with no details. 2) Once the audit was completed, then state findings. Since hybe were the one's to make MHJ's contract, they definitely knew that legally they couldn't fire her. Which is why they desperately started the audit to get rid of her and all the mediaplay against her. (Companies behaving this way isn't too uncommon, but it's really not the standard. And audits literally happen every year normally multiple times a year in companies.) *MHJ only legal has a duty to protect Ador/New Jeans brand, market value etc... What that means is, an issue like this at any point in time could have occured. Since the best interests of Ador/New Jeans doesn't always mean that it's in hybe's best interest. So legally hybe should had something legal binding to protect itself but they didn't. *Also if hybe really did promise MHJ that she would debut the first hybe gg and hybe obviously didn't follow through with that, that's a bait and switch tactic. MHJ probably would have never signed with hybe. That bait and switch tactic is probably illegal if she has proof. *I honestly don't know how much legal standing the lawsuit has given the context of the situation. It's also concerning that hybe tried to say that source music's group was MHJ'S project to get more interest. I actually think they too hastily debuted them. Which is a disservice to the girls. Btw I don't consume media from hybe at all. I'm just not interested in any of them. I actually only listen to one fourth gen group. But I have been in the scene since TVXQ5. International fans understand exactly what's going on. We also know that the injunction doesn't prove anything because the issue at hand dealt SPECIFICALLY with MHJ's contract. More specifically, she did not have and duty to Hybe under the contract so even though the judge said that she did betray Hybe they couldn't do anything about it because she wasn't obligated not to betray them under the contract. So basically, MHJ escaped due to wording in a contract and not because she did anything right. The rest of the lawsuits and the police investigation are still ongoing and the fact that she's refusing to turn over her work laptop is a huge red flag that anyone should be able to see.
If I was LSF I would hate MHJ and NJ, especially if I was Yunjin who was previously friends with two of the members and was a part of the original lineup for NJ. LSF hasn't done anything to anyone but NJ publically sided with MHJ even after she sent a bunch of hate towards I'llit and LSF. And you can't use that quote about "the kids did nothing wrong" or whatever because she knew what she was doing when she said it originally. Le SSerafim was great at the fan meeting in Japan, for three nights thousands of Japanese fans were there with the girls and supported them. 1) Announce that they were doing an audit with no details.
2) Once the audit was completed, then state findings.
Since hybe were the one's to make MHJ's contract, they definitely knew that legally they couldn't fire her. Which is why they desperately started the audit to get rid of her and all the mediaplay against her. (Companies behaving this way isn't too uncommon, but it's really not the standard. And audits literally happen every year normally multiple times a year in companies.)
*MHJ only legal has a duty to protect Ador/New Jeans brand, market value etc... What that means is, an issue like this at any point in time could have occured. Since the best interests of Ador/New Jeans doesn't always mean that it's in hybe's best interest. So legally hybe should had something legal binding to protect itself but they didn't.
*Also if hybe really did promise MHJ that she would debut the first hybe gg and hybe obviously didn't follow through with that, that's a bait and switch tactic. MHJ probably would have never signed with hybe. That bait and switch tactic is probably illegal if she has proof.
*I honestly don't know how much legal standing the lawsuit has given the context of the situation. It's also concerning that hybe tried to say that source music's group was MHJ'S project to get more interest. I actually think they too hastily debuted them. Which is a disservice to the girls.
Btw I don't consume media from hybe at all. I'm just not interested in any of them. I actually only listen to one fourth gen group. But I have been in the scene since TVXQ5. After I lost 3 of my favorite idols, it became too much for me. I also didn't know who MHJ was until this fiasco occured. I'm purely looking at this from a business and legal perspective.

International fans understand exactly what's going on. We also know that the injunction doesn't prove anything because the issue at hand dealt SPECIFICALLY with MHJ's contract. More specifically, she did not have and duty to Hybe under the contract so even though the judge said that she did betray Hybe they couldn't do anything about it because she wasn't obligated not to betray them under the contract. So basically, MHJ escaped due to wording in a contract and not because she did anything right. The rest of the lawsuits and the police investigation are still ongoing and the fact that she's refusing to turn over her work laptop is a huge red flag that anyone should be able to see.
