An adults who demonstrates such narcissistic behavior(gaslighting, manipulation, etc) should not have any position where she can have influence, mentorship over children and young adults. NEVER. I have the same perspective from BSH. I think there are a lot of hidden dark things that happened those years during the boys' career. It is now more than clear how cruel this industry is and what it does to many artists, things that cannot be mentioned without triggering other people who read this comment.

MHJ will be fired from her CEO position. She has tried to program the members and the parents to back her in a struggle with Hybe. If they do back MHJ then this group is doomed.

The moment she started badmouthing other bands, especially BTS as plagiarising her, and initiating rumors about cult and manipulating charts, she has lost me. That woman isn't ibterested in wellbeing of NJ, she just wants to feed her greed and huge ego. Also, when mother company holds all the IP over everything, how can you come out with accusations of plagiarism? They can do with their IP what they want, even "sharing" ideas and implementing them among different bands/singers. This woman seems to me as embodiment of personal and professional dishonesty and malpractice.
MHJ isn't their mother. She claims that she loves the girls, but practically she likes them because they are talented and have success. Do you think that would've loved and wanted New Jeans if the group wasn't successful? I don't think so, she would've thrown them and asked HYBE to provide some NEW girls to make another group. In her own style she might say that HYBE betrayed her. But she doesn't want to share the profit that NJ makes for ADORE and here we are. She is using smoke grenades to distract public opinion from the fact that she wants all the money and all the success that NJ achieved and it doesn't matter whose money made ADORE and NJ, it matters only her work. Guess what New Jeans is a product of ADORE. ADORE is a product of HYBE( money and singers) + MHJ work and talent to create a group.

But she isn't doing the obvious. Instead, she's deflecting responsibility, crying on cue and pretending that she wasn't paid more money and benefits than any HYBE sub-label CEO.

If she cared about the girls her repeated negotiations with HYBE should have been about them since she claims they were never treated right by HYBE but instead it was about her stock options and other personal financial issues that would give her total control and more money. If she sees herself as the mother of NewJeans then she would throw other people’s children under the bus like she has. I am glad HYBE has not played this back and forth with her in the media. I believe the info they have released is only a fraction of the evidence they have on her, why else would see hold on to that laptop and hold that self praising everyone is wrong but me press conference while making millions of dollars with stock given to her by the most powerful entertainment company in the world while being a CEO of a very successful group when you were brought on as a marketing manager. When you look at HYBE’s place in the goal entertainment industry they are very powerful. Is there any other entertainment company getting globally recognized like HYBE and BTS? Is there any other label has a group that can bring in millions of dollars why the artist are not promoting or engaging their fan base like BTS? You would have to know the earned revenue of other entertainment companies to say they are the richest. Being powerful does not always equate with being rich.

Would New Jeans be successful as a new girl group as they are today, if they were not debuted under HYBE and having BTS as their invisible umbrella? This is how I see it as an international army.
Marketing NJ as BTS’s little sisters was a big factor in their success. They had some good songs, but MHJ has been given way too much by Hybe compared to what she brought to the company. All she does is want more. Her performance at the press conference was insulting to all of us female business owners. Unprofessional and doing all of the stereotypical behaviors women get accused of doing. As an international army I am not at all impressed and do not believe she is a victim.
I think there is 2 side to it.
Firstly it's true if they weren't in Hybe they wouldn't have been successful. As they were provided with their TH-cam channel which already has a 70m subscriber count and some connections.
But if you are aware of how NewJeans were treated from start you will understand the MHJ side. You know Hybe weren't happy with Songs like Attention/Hybe Boy to do any good and they stressed they will not succeed at all. But contrary to that they surpassed it with flying colors.
And as you have seen from the presscon, BSH was always bitter of NewJeans from start. Never supported them or congratulated them even if they are under your company.
But what he did was seeing the success of NewJeans he replicated the same formula with Illit and guess what they succeeded. How can a company replicate the same formula of a group which isn't even 2 years old by competing them.
I think this issue has been caused because of battle of egos between BSH and MHJ. And all the artists are suffering because of this.
My solution to this problem is MHJ should resign as CEO and continue with creative director role. While Hybe can assign a new CEO who will be neutral and don't just follow BSH order. As we already seen how he treats NewJeans.
But looks like this will be a long legal battle 😢

Honestly, I don’t know much about new jeans, but I don’t really think that BTS had anything to do with them being popular. Who knows how good they would’ve done without the entertainment company they are under or mhj. There is so much that happens behind the scenes that we don’t know.

Since she works under someone else's company-Min Heejin-if she doesn't want to listen, then she should start her own company. If Bang PD offers her a position in his company and she doesn't like him, she should say no. After NewJeans' success, she wants an independent company now. Wow, she promoted NewJeans by calling them BTS's sister group. I think she planned all this from the beginning. I bet if she joins another company after this, she will cause problems again.
Ador is a sub label, 20% of the company she owns it. So not all decision should come from hybe! She has been disrespected by the chairman many times. Promised thar her group will debut first but it didn’t happen. The list goes on.

Honestly, I feel Hybe is being smart by not showing the evidence they have found. I am very certain that they would find more evidence in the laptop of MHJ which she is refusing to hand over even though it is a company asset.
Anyway, if Hybe shows what evidence they found, MHJ's legal team would immediately take action to counter it. So it's better to not reveal it and show only during trial.

A LOT of factual information is missing about how much she has been leaching off of HYBE and did not pay for anything since she has been there. She has been demanding and taking as much as she wants. HYBE has been spoiling her and giving her anything she asks for. ADOR does not even belong to her. She could just leave, make her own company, and New Jeans has the option to move to her company when their contract is done. If she could terminate the contract with New Jeans, why did she did not do this already? I don't think New Jeans is all that willing to walk away with Shaman-Advised CEO Min Heejin.
MHJ asked for a contract renegotiation in February, seeking the freedom to terminate NJ's contract without board approval. But Hybe did not accept. So as of today MHJ has no authority to personally terminate the girls' contract.
The fact that you called Mhj: Shaman-Advised CEO means that you have been and will accept everything Hybe state. Whatever you claimed is factual information is clearly opinion at best even a 5 year old can see that.
Firstly, why would she pay for anything when Hybe recruited her and invest in her to make a girl group to compete on the market. Look at the financial statement of Hybe, twice as many subsidiaries are making a loss than profit in Hybe. Ador is one of the few who is making profit and the highest growth by far.
Hybe and Hitman Bang have been consistently work against Newjeans even though they are one of their best artists. He never took a pic with Newjeans or congrats them on their success. He promised to debut them first so the members and their parents thought so. But broke the promise and debut Le Sserafim while trying to make the public think that was Mhj group. That is why the parents have no trust in Hybe. I completely understand he can do it and it was because Mhj took too long but the fact is he still broke his promise.
He was not happy with Nj debut songs attention and Hypeboy but it turned out completely different from his thought so he was so bitter that he made a whole group copying their concept to prove that he can do what she does. This point will depend on whether you agree that ILLIT is copying Nj or not but the public already see it that way.
The contract negotiation was for Ador to speed up their process in signing contract with collaboration (like Powerpuff girls, Tony Leung, etc.) without the approval of Hybe not so that they can go independent. That is just what Hybe told the pubic because of course they have to say it like that.
Personally, I dont care if Hybe or Mhj is guilty or trying to manipulate the public because they both do. I care about the simple fact I am on Newjeans side and it is clear as day that what is good for Newjeans is having a CEO that actually have a creative vision and care for the group; which pretty much all of East Asian fans can see that it is Mhj.
She could be guilty af but Newjeans is not what they are today without her and will not be as successful and unique as they are now without her in the future either. But on the other hand, the parent company with its CEO who was trying to ignore the group from the start and already have a replacement group which has the same concept but just newer.

As a superficial observer of K-pop, New Jeans seems just like a lot of K-pop girl groups. They are fresh and brand new, so fans gravitate to them. They do not seem to bring anything new or fresh to the table as being a girl group. Now if they had some edgy songs with some " real" dance moves and not those "sweet princessy dance moves " that a lot of GG have, then I would say they have something new. All the girl groups tend to blend together for me. In each group, they usually have a great soloist who can branch out and do other things but out of the entire GG in K-pop the only one that stands out sometimes is BlackPink They push the envelope sometimes with edgy and catchy songs at least. My opinion is New Jeans is not anywhere a global group right now or anytime soon. Neither is BlackPink. The only one is BTS. That means selling out a stadium in any country and known worldwide.
Well, as someone who’s learned kpop dances, is friends with dancers and has seen opinions of dancers the truth is that NJ dance moves aren’t really “sweet princessy dance moves” when you’re learning NJ choreos or even if you know a little bit about dancing, NJ choreos require a lot of foot work and require more flow and style than what it actually looks like, it’s definitely not something easy to do and if you’re not comfortable with hip hop dancing it’s difficult to pull off, which requires a lot of technique, which most people don’t have. Not to mention that NJ concept is not really edgy and there’s really no kpop group today that brings something new to the table, everything is recycled and if you think it’s innovation then you just didn’t know about the ones who did before, kpop groups aren’t required to bring something new to the table, they’re required to grab a style that already exist and add little bit of what the company wants their identity to be in order to fool people into thinking it’s new but it really isn’t and that goes for every kpop group, not to mention that Blackpink is indeed a global group just like NJ, Twice and BTS. Bangtan aren’t the only million sellers and I can assure you the average person knows about both BP and BTS. “Global” isn’t just the U.S. and if you think it is then you have a limited view about the industry.
