However, if there is a delay after someone is over and someone tries to commando in like hopping over a freeze, that's inappropriate and cheesy to buy time.

Fighting is my last option but I refused to give up my round, EastSide was clearly mid commando with other side interfered... The Flip over him was a battle move and clean with no touching and at that point EastSide lost with that Bboys reaction.

Technically it actually wasn’t a commando. You don’t do a full set for 30 seconds, end with a freeze into another set. Commandos are supposed to be short quick ins and outs, then end on a full set.
