Absolute legend. Coward? No way. To surf where Wayne surfed alone. You go do it. MC and WL are absolute madmen. I've sat at Whites, pumping no one out, I just couldn't go. These blokes would have loved it. Incredible talents. Both generous.

I always wanted to sail and be out on the ocean like this but I puke too much. Can sit on a board for hours but get on a boat…. jealous.

Wayne Lynch, if you are reading this, I played on the sound-track for a Bob Evans surf film named "Family Free" in which you were a prominent surfer.
The film was released in 1971-72 and had a premier showing at the Sydney University.
Can you assist me in finding a copy of the film and/or the sound-track?
I am particularly seeking to get a copy of the sound-track for my own personal memorabilia.
    Hope you can help.

Wayne Lynch is a coward, the real surfing hero's were sacrificing their time with families and setting aside their recreational pastimes to stand up for what they believed in, a free and democratic society, Wayne Lynch should move to North Korea where he belongs, tho neither side won the war the fact that the communists didn't win is a victory, as was the Korean war, which was also a defensive action against communism where we fought against Chinese ground forces and Russian fighter jets piloted by Russian's, while Wayne Lynch enjoyed himself in the surf that the real Australian's were fighting for to protect us from communism

Troll or a fuckwit. He stood up to a government who sent boys to the slaughter. Look at those poor bastards who fought in Vietnam. Legacies such as deformed children and PTSD for absolutely no benefit. Got it wrong mate and look out for the reds under your bed.. he travelled up to the Sunny Coast this year to support a children’s charity, a good man.

It takes far more courage to refuse to follow ignorance into an unjust war .To not follow is to lead.

@@happysufferer Really? It was compulsory and Wayne dodged conscription. Ever wonder who took his place?

You are failure at history mate, the Korean war started before Wayne Lynch was born.
I'm pretty sure the communists won the Vietnamese war or as the prefer to call it "The American War" and are still in power today. It was a human disgrace and started on the back of a lie about the Vietnamese firing on American warships.
You are spouting crap, if you are going to voice an opinion do some research and make sure it's based on fact not something that some know nothing has regurgitated and you have swallowed whole.
