Juicy, Crispy Pork Milanese: The BEST Recipe You'll Ever Try!

  • Best Pork Recipe! Crispy Pork Milanese. An Italian style crispy pork cutlet that is so delicious, you won't stop eating them! This Pork Milanese recipe goes perfect with a nice lemon-broccoli salad, which we will show you how to prepare. You can even make a crispy pork sandwich, which rivals any fried chicken sandwich. Pork Milanese stems from the Veal Milanese recipe, which is made with the same breading and frying process. In my opinion, pork is so much flavorful and moist compared to veal and much less expensive.
Milanese is thinly slices and is dipped into beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, and other spices according to your taste, like parsley, parmesan and garlic. Each slice is then dipped in flour and breadcrumbs) and fried in oil. These fried cutlets can also be used to make Chicken Parmigiana.
Your entire family will absolutely love this Pork Milanese recipe!

Tried them tonight and they are really good, the only problem I had was purchase some pork tenderloin at Sam's Club and was too thick to get to a 1/4 of an inch, just 1/2 inch and when I fried them they went back to an inch thick. Next time wil get a pork tenderloin and cut them myself. They really are good tasting in a sandwich.
