Hi, I am making this right now! It is in the crock pot and after following your written recipe, I came back to watch the video. You just mentioned venison stock bones and I was wondering which bones you use so the next time I can ask for these specifically. I am trying to learn more game recipes and more grass fed meats for some health reasons and allergies, thanks so much for all your hard work, I am so grateful to have found you! God bless and can’t wait to learn more from you!😊
I think I watched this video at least 6 times between yesterday and today. I just made it and looking forward to a great meal while I watch the Super Bowl tonight!
Thanks for the recipe! I don’t hunt but my neighbor does and gave me some backstrap and a roast the other day. I’m trying this recipe today with the roast. The only thing I did different was adding some celery!
Making this tonight - can't wait to taste it! I had some goose fat leftover from my Thanksgiving goose, so I used that instead of the duck fat, and used some bougie fig-infused balsamic vinegar... will let you know how it turns out! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the recipe, I already know it will be delicious. One thing I have to differ with you on is placing the veggies on top. IMO, vegetables cook dry and hard when placed on top no matter what method is used to cook. I guess I do like my veggies soft and mushy so I always place the veggies on the bottom whether it be chicken, pork or any other meat. This also holds the meat out of the liquid preventing a boiled taste. The way I like it is to have the meat cook in the heat only and the vegetables to cook in the hot liquid. I can't wait to get this roast in the crockpot. Thanks.
Your friend Heather gave me your Cookbook "Venison Every Day" for Christmas. I'm an avid hunter and really love the recipes. Cheers! Liked, Shared and Subscribed...Keep up the good work

I use all the bones. Get a couple deer and you’ll have bone stock to gift to friends and family.

aw thanks so much!
Have you ever injected your venison roast with melted bacon fat? Curious how it would work. Thanks for the video.
Holy moly you get a lot of venison. Seen about 10 videos with venison. It's so expensive in the UK
We actually hunt and source our own meat!
@@MissAlliesKitchen that could explain it 👍
It's difficult to hear you iver the music and kitchen sounds. Looks great though.
Great recipe, I'm about to give it a whirl. Btw... You're smokin.

Site wasn’t working well
Legend has it her family is still chewing
you don’t even provide amount for stock. The recipe is all over the place. Clear, cut and concise will suit you and your channel much better.
Or you just need to getcha some common sense
Thats a beef roast to much fat in that roast , deer has little to none in it
We can tell you don't hunt😂 educate yourself
