For me the issue isn't the TTK. It's the balance. Why is a .8 matching a 2.43. Or a 1.7 for that matter? Great gaemplay either way bro

Fast ttks arent an issue when you dont have so many potent abilities in the mix.
Combine both and its a nightmare
