INGREDIENTS
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil, divided
1 box Penne Pasta
4 cloves minced garlic or 1 Tbsp garlic paste
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream, more if you like extra sauce
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Green onion, sliced
Tomato, diced

I just made this and let me tell you this was FIRE 🔥!!!! The bacon gives it so much flavor, and I added some Portabella mushroom . Talk about GOOD, what YOU say what YOU say !!!!
I'd even add a handful of fresh baby spinach to the alfredo sauce, tossed in with the penne pasta 😋🍝

Yes the recipe itself is delish but the mushrooms, spinach, even broccoli florets, are definite add-ons for my family.

Made this for dinner tonight. Everything is coming perfectly together. Me, personally I stayed a little away from the spice because I have family that's a little sensitive to heat but I did substitute for parmesan and Italian seasoning. I'm very curious on Kimmie's ranch seasoning recipe.
