Great video! Thanks for bringing up this topic. It’s really fascinating how people think differently about failures here. It’s kind of failure cult here. Even when you apply for a job one of the questions is what is your biggest failure and what did you learn from it?))
Thank you :) I wasn't asked the question with this phrasing. In fact, I rarely hear people use the word "failure" here which is indicative too :) What people often ask is "tell me of a time when you were on a project that wasn't going well and how did you handle it?". Something of that sort :)

Indians are good engineers. They can make the best of the things but they don't know how yo scale and built the company over it.
