I do appreciate your interest to help. I do not like when false information is given. Understand that when people are suffering with kidney problems they are looking for dependable help. Your title seems to be more "click bait" as opposed to sound information. Some or even many of the people looking at this video are expecting to learn how to stop proteinuria and to repair kidneys. Right or wrong, the people looking to the internet for help may be in life-threatening stages hoping and praying for a way to get better. Not all green leafy vegetables are good for certain kidney issues. Those with kidney disease would be well served by mostly avoiding vegetables like spinach, rhubarb, okra, and some others to avoid high oxalate levels. Nuts, for the most part, are high in oxalates. Oxalates are known to damage the kidneys. I see that you have 20.7K subscribers. I sure hope you are giving them better information.
Many vitamins mentioned in the video, but it finishes suggesting that CoQ10 (aka Ubiquinone) is a vitamin --- what is not the case ! Confusing, to say the least ! 👎👎👎
@@tenhealtha matter of semantics. I still consider Inositol as vitamin B8, to remind people to supplement. Body normally makes 4 grams daily, but aging results in a lot less. So I take 3 grams daily. How many people realize that they should supplement with Inositol? 😅

Thanks you for sharing your thoughts
The title mentioned only 1 vitamin, but why many vitamins are mentioned now? Which one to follow?
Thank you for highlighting that
All of them are to be consumed to get to the bottom of the tank and remove all the sediments that are the reason for it all !!
@@josevega8398 if need to consume all the vitamins mentioned, then the title should be “These Vitamins STOP PROTEINURIA fast & Repaired”
This video needs a different title!
I shall update it. Thanks
Which magnesium should be taken?
magnesium citrate
@tenhealth why citrate?

It varies from person to person.
