I've an everfresh tree and the droopy leaves are a sign of dehydration. Everfresh tree requires alooot of water (more than you expected) so there's a need to water it regularly for big trees. I water mine twice a day. Once properly hydrated all the branches should be perky. the leaves closes to prevent losing water from evaporation
I have the Townew bins as well and there is a way to keep the lid open when you want to eat your mandarin orange 😂 1) Wave at the sensor for the lid to open 2) Press the round button ONCE (one beep) to let it stay open. When you're done, just press the round button again once to close it. It will not affect the sensor the next time you wave to open. Don't press and hold because that would seal the bags!
