The final episode from the original run has my favorite (spoiler-free) quote from the sweet donut-baker where he says: “I spend all day making them. I put all my hopes and dreams into them, and I wait until someone on the other side of the black wish-hole wants one. And sometimes they give me a thank-you gift, and sometimes they don’t.” When I began to make videos, that quote resonated with me more and more ☺️
A favorite moment from the series initial run also come from the finale, after the day they've both had, Puppycat comes home and sees Bee with the dad box helping her, she knows that he has alot of questions about her and she him, so they just ask each other questions and getting to know each other in the process
I was just saying yesterday that kids shows are mad slept on. They tend to have better story arcs, character development, plot lines, allegorical thema that teaches wholesome values, relatable situations and dialog for all ages. Adult shows of course can be good but many times the artistry is lost to shock value and sensationalism.
Been a hardcore fan since 2013 when the pilot was first released during that event! I'm so proud of how far this show has gone, my love and appreciation for the show is immeasurable !!

When I first came across the trailer for this show, I actually thought it was an ad for an awesome dubbed anime. I was a little mind-blown when I found out that B&PC is actually an animated series from the US. Then I was further mind-blown upon watching this show to see just how incredible it is! 😮
Im so happy to find a video thats not shitting on Lazy in Space. Sm people seem to miss the point and beauty of it completely and it makes me so sad because I adored this show in its entirety. As an artist and from an emotional viewpoint, they did wonderfully. I've watched it all the way through over and over again, and it still amazes me every time
I'd like to say that she's actually worked with marvel a few times and did the penciling for vol 1 issue 6 of Patsy Walker A.K.A Hellcat and thanks to her gorgeous art, it's one of my favourite issues of any comic
I recently rewatched the series recently with a friend and it really hits harder once you’re around the age of the characters. Hopefully we get more content beyond this new season and adaptation

I've been a longtime supporter of Bee and Puppycat :) I loved the pilot and was one of the original Kickstarters on the project. My partner and I loved the comics. I was hoping it would come back and I look forward to the Netflix show.

Bee and PuppyCat, Steven Universe, Infinity Train, The Simpsons Season 1 - 12 and Batman TAS show that Animation is an art form for telling stories on TV. Can't wait for its revival called Lazy in Space on Netflix as well as Dead End Paranormal Park.
I was already a fan of Bee&Puppycat before this video but as someone who hasn't been to the comic shop in a long time (I mostly read manga that I order online 😅) I definitely want to pick up the comics in the near future.
Also the equivalent of The owl house in cartoon network would be INFINITY TRAIN It is an analogy series with every season a new main character,it is centralized yo teens/young adults demographic

I adooooore bee and puppycat since the netflix release date has been released I've been rewatching/rereading all the bee and puppycat content I could get my hands on sadly the comic volumes are kinda expensive to get your hands on. P.S. my favorite comic is the music box one even if the QR codes dont work anymore (you can find the music online pretty easily)
There are some other good adult western animation out there though, I think "Helluva boss" is my personal favorite. Yeah, it is a bit more violent and have sex in it but it is really funny and have very talented voice acting. It is great that more stuff like this is being made, but the popularity of shows like "Rick and Morty" really opened up doors for this kind of shows (no matter how annoying some of it's fans are). "Inside Job" and "Archer" also are fun too watch (except those 2 really bad Archer seasons when he is in a coma). Of course "Venture Bros" also need a mentioning.
I really like what I have seen of the series but it's really hard to get into when you have dyslexia, it takes so much energy from me to get through one episode so I am so sad the series is probably not for me but to the people it's for have fun.

Sure, it tried to pass it off as a dream, but the original did an INFINITELY better job of foreshadowing that something was up without LITERALLY REVEALING THE TWIST WITH A TONGUE-IN-CHEEK "Ooh, it was just a dream~!" Also, Owl House shirks the unfortunately necessary "The queer representation happens at the very end of the series" by having MULTIPLE queer characters, including three leads.

I think they made a right choice putting it on Netflix it seems like HBO Max doesn't care about animation.

This was a pretty good show. Puppycat had some great lines, I loved their interactions with each other. I'd love to know more about Tempbot though.
