Mounting that heatsink on that board with the fins in vertical orientation, blocks 50% of the airflow.... The air blown in by the fan can only exit the top. Turn the heatsink sideways, and you could use a much smaller fan.
I use 5$ pc cooler and is just right

did you boost the voltage to 25 and the drop it again to 12 for the fan?
No i Think he connected the volt Meter and the StepDown to the input of the stepup so basically directly to the battery

look for 100w led on amazon.. and / or stratus leds... this "idea" was new in 2010 and hundrets of people made this on youtube (all acting like if it was their own idea)

Seems like you do not use a constant current source for the led.... not the wisest choice.
Furthermore, you shouldn´t use screw terminals with tinned wire, because the tin is "flowing" under pressure and you will have a bad connection after some time.

Can someone explain the part where he put the rheostat on the blue trimmer potentiometer? That pot is used to control voltage. I have a similar pot that is used to control current in my boost board (different model). Can his technique be used for changing the current?

Can I use trimpot without blue 3296 trimpot on my 150W led driver? When the B10K or B20K is set to zero, the LED should light very lightly when set to full it should be 150W

Hey ! Awersome project ! I have a question about this kind of DC/DC booster. Does it limit itself the current with a limit of max power ? I you have to adjust the voltage to not go overcurrent the LED ? The booster electronique is made to not go over 100W ?

Using a potentiometer is not a poor design because it's wasting power through the voltage divider. On top of that, LED luminosity isn't linear, so you don't get a fine level of brightness control. You should be using PWM mapped to the ln function of the LED spec.
