"Seeing the Stihl 500i and Stihl 462C in action was truly impressive! Both chainsaws are powerful and precise, easily handling large logs. Their speed and power make chopping wood quick and efficient. These are great tools for heavy duty work in the woods, demonstrating the power and sophistication of modern technology!"
what county in alberta are you cutting in? You cutting on crownland? Just wondering for permit reasons been researching about the pufp and ltp, cant find much info on the guys whove done the whole ltp permit, just curious if thats the route your going.
@@alsun35 I cut out around Cynthia area on crown land I have the most luck for firewood and slabs in that neck of the woods and I apply for the regular permit I believe it’s called the TM 66 permit if memory serves me correct I hope that helps!
@@ATGSAWMILL ya thats the pufp permit, that only allows us to process 1.5 cord per month on the permit i believe, i guess people are just cutting as many cords as they want? Read between the lines i guess, the ltp permit allows you to process 50-70 trees per year, but theres money involved with that one.
@ yeah I’m probably under by long shot for 1.5 cords a month due to how much I can get out I just make sure I have all the correct paperwork on hand in case I were ever to get stopped an I also checked into that one was gonna cost more then it was worth for a small operation like myself…..we’re abouts are you cutting to in Alberta ?
@@ATGSAWMILL i figured the free permit would be fine considering your not likely to really get stopped for it, and they cant really prove if it was your first or 5th load, ill be up around the woodlands/barhead transition for crown land, ive got a decent sized piece of land, but not a great amount of dead standing stuff, all the lease roads are good access points to get you right in there.
My 462 is an absolute beast. Best money i ever spent! Subscribed

Nice video
Happy new year Allan. The weight of the 462 appeared to be comfortable, even bucking at chest height.
