when you want to test electrical fence, just use a straw of grass.. the grass will flinch/jump

I have some Vevor equipment and have been pretty happy with the quality/cost value. As it happens, I've also had tough luck with boots! Muck Boots brand is the best in my situation, but they're not "snake boots" like you folks need/prefer. I've wasted plenty of money on cheap knock-offs. That square-head hammer catches my eye every time it shows up in a video. Looking for excuses to get one (the other 10+ I already have are on my conscience, though).

I’ve had a pair of Carolina boots that have lasted 4 years and sure the leather is pretty worn, but they are still waterproof. Definitely worth the $100.

That's not how you hold a fence I do it all the time. You need rubber gumboots lift one foot off ground the grab fence with both hands for beginners.

You can take a small blade of grass and touch the fence with it, you will feel just a tingle to tell if its working or not.
