    One of the best designed bus rapid transit systems in the country. if only the area around it would lower parking minimums to allow for more pedestrian friendly redevelopment

    Hi HOUE! You can be looking forward to seeing Commuter bus videos soon. The ones I did so far were just links to Metrorail, they weren’t really proper and complete commutes. Anyhow, excellent work on both your recent videos on the Silver Line!

      Hi Gabriel! Thank you! I also enjoy watching your videos in the Miami area. Sometimes, I travel to Miami every year and your videos is resourceful (I try my best not to look like a tourist when I'm over there...lol). I'm looking forward to see more Miami. Keep up the awesome work!

    This is one of the *BEST* BRT systems I've ever seen. This should be the model in the U.S.

    If Houston had Subway or Sky train will be better.
    I heard Austin planning a downtown Subway. I thought Houston and Dallas should have that

      justin alexander It would be but until even the federal government actually acknowledges that public transit is important than good luck getting serious funding for that.

    And I just want to inform you that can be sure to do the 14 Hiram Clarke route at TMC Transit Center going to Hiram Clarke Transit Center, And then do the 49 Chimney Rock/South Post Oak route at Northwest Transit Center going to Ridgemont, It also goes to Bellaire Transit Center

    Other transit centers and park and rides could use some upgrades like the Northwest TC.

    What's with those massive metal plates around all of the traffic lights and crosswalk signs on Post Oak?

    • @HOUExplorer
      @HOUExplorer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Those are street signs.

    • @OliversElevators
      @OliversElevators 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HOUExplorer I mean the giant oval-shaped metal plates that surround the traffic lights. The 3 traffic light lenses are in the middle, but instead of a rectangular backplate, there’s a huge oval. It’s just a bit excessive IMO. 😝
