honestly im glad this mod instead of going for just crazy visuals actually just went for pure uniqueness. It looks like a very fun and challenging mod to play aswell
Hold up a second. Could "Forgotten evils" mean the moon lord is just straight up Cthulhu? The Wall of flesh did something I would expect Cthulhu himself to do.
My problem with some of these mods is they dont seem to consider what vanilla tools, accesories, and content in general you as a player can get for those fights. For some good reasons calamity has a progression and nothing to complicated for the beginning, things scale bit a bit. And example, that boss from the dessert looks and works cool, but build and arena in prehardmode with the tool for that moment, I gonna say thats boring.
the deerclops one looks like it has potential, but if it had more of a body, animations, and unique attacks (that doesnt just summon vanilla based creatures), it could be a great boss
The creator has shown videos of him beating the bosses with pre-hardmode gear, I think he just struggles to balance them for regular because he’s too good at the game. (Older sister here. Has lived with him. Am not good at video games.)
i love how this mod is super unique without having 3 millions effects and particles on your screen, other mod devs take notes

the seal is most definitely an endgame item, or at least hardmode
that mod has a lot of potential, it'd be cool if it got some big updates.

the eclipse form is when he enters phase 2 if the day changes to night or vice versa
