CFAM 554 - MOE for SpEd

The requirement (target) of the Maintenance of Effort for Special Education is based on the total qualifying expenditures from the previous year and is indicated by the break line between the red and green background shading. The red reference line is the budget. The qualifying expenditures are displayed in the vertical bars of the graph. To satisfy this requirement, the expenditures must total the same or more than the previous year’s expenditures.
