- Based on the alleged November 28, 1909 murder of Ocey Snead by her aunts and mother in East Orange, New Jersey. The story was sensationalized throughout the United States and became an international phenomenon inspiring books, videos, news and magazine articles, blogs, podcasts and vlogs.

This short film, part of MUCH larger projects was researched, written, directed and edited by Richard A. Maitri for Masters of Fine Arts in Filmmaking thesis project at the Akira Kurosawa School of Film, Anaheim University.
