What's in it for someone with an approved I140 in EB-2 (India) to get EB2-NIW? Someone with an approved EB2-NIW may still have to wait for a priority date to get current, which is long for India
One potential benefit is you get out of the cycle of reapplying PERM etc after job change. But not sure if anything else changes from timeline perspective

Im confused. Did he do eb1 or eb2? title says eb2 however channel is eb1
EB2 NIW and EB1 have significant overlaps. If you prep for EB1, then you're automatically making progress in EB2 NIW
