    I have recently setup my call center ... in my setup my single agent is getting call from my campaign and properly communicating but at my second agent screen call is coming and he can hear the customers voice but his voice is not going to customers.. what i did wrong? Can you help me?

    So, in an inbout group queue (configured with longest_wait_time) if we have 2 remote agents on mobile phone then will the system dial the next number if the previous one is unavailable/off/busy?

      This option gives higher preference to that agent who is waiting for call or sitting idle. So yeah in a two agent scenario the system should dial the number which is idle if the other one is busy/off/unavailable.

    How can i redirect a Call to one Campaing in specific in the Call Menu when the Client press 2?
    Or how can i do that? having 1 or 2 different campaing (both inbound) but when the client press 1 goes to Costumer Service, when the client press 2 go to Payment Campaign

    Inbound lene k liye carrier b banana padta hai ya apne jo process bataya sirf itna karne se call receive kar sakte hai??

      Depends on carrier provider/company... Which protocol they are using. Need to check or debug if this carrier set is not successful
