Yes allow=g729 Choppy calls can be produced also because of low internet bandwidth. What's your internet bandwidth? And Is the SIP request coming from external network or internal LAN? Depending upon this it can also affect call quality
O bby..you need to clear "919999******" ok..then you need to type your own prefix exe: 26,34,64 ok..then you need to past it on your outbound campaign. otherwise this carrier should be invalid .ok..first learn from someone then teach someone

Newbie Solutions bandwidth 100 Mbps and the SIP is coming from internal LAN
Disallow=all, allow = g729
Do this and check if it improves the call quality
