My clipper blade cleaning routine - How to maintain clipper blades well

Hi all, and welcome to The Dog Grooming Nerd!
To carry on with the theme of dog grooming blades, this week I am showing you how I clean all my clipper blades using an ultrasonic cleaner. This machine is used for pretty much anything, such as jewellery and glasses, but works perfectly with clipping blades as well.
The method I use is pretty simple, and the only equipment I use are the ultrasonic cleaner, blade cleaning solution, blade oil and a toothbrush. You can naturally use a brush that comes with your clippers, but those things are tiny and easy to lose.
Cleaning your blades is so important, as it prolongs the life of your blades, keeps them hygienic and keeps rust away. I clean my blades like this around once a month, but always clean up any hair, use a blade spray and oil them every day. I show this method in this video: • Is this the new normal...
