How to SLICE TEXT in Photoshop: th-cam.com/video/1YDZfmfxNgo/w-d-xo.html Support this channel and get the PDFs! bitly.com/Get_the_PDFs Hi everyone, Steve here. In this video, I show you how to fill text with two different colors in Photoshop! We start by creating a new document (0:52) and adding the text (1:46). Then after resizing and adjusting the letters (2:24), we fill the text with two different colors using a custom split-color gradient (3:48). We save the gradient as a new preset (6:34), and then we use the preset to add a two-color stroke around the text (7:23) and to add the split-color effect to the background (8:58). Very nice Steve! I loved the gradient effect on the letters and I would have chosen it instead of solid color. But, with solid color and your teaching, we can play a lot!! TFS :)
Great tutorial! You explain very well and comprehensibly! But I want to ask you...All that you mapped it can be done only on a part of the whole text? I mean... I only want one word of a whole text to make it like that! Does Photoshop have such features?🤔
Hey Steve! this was a great indepth video. I was wondering tho, can you do the same thing with an irregular outline for different colours? Thanks alot!
Help I was able to do the color split but when I put space between words the gradient overlay disappears for the word that underneath the top one from the same text box
