@@wamindustries Here's how I did it. I duct taped one end of the pipe. I filled it with sand, then dumped the sand into a foil turkey pan. Heated it in the oven for 450° for 35 minutes. Then using a funnel, dumped it back into the pipe. In less than a minute, the pipe becomes very flexible. I then used a jig to shape it to a kettlebell handle. In my case, I used competition style handle measurements as a guide. Good luck!
I really dig the material cover preset by the ball-mold!
Thanks!! Best yet is that they have held up for the past few years and haven't broken!!
Your bends in the handle were pretty decent. They come out smoother if you fill the pipe with sand.
I'll have to give that I try!

You rock, thanks
Thanks!
@michealm I’d guess 49 pounds for the basketball
How much did the other 2 weigh?
If I remember right the small one was over 10lbs and medium size one is just over 15... This is just from memory at this point.
Why no hunting?
... Not in the workshop😁... Actually it was left in the house when we got it and it looked rustic so I kept it... Just thought it looked cool.
@@wamindustries Good enough for me. You pass. Turn in your exam papers and join the rest of the kids in the hall. No smoking this time. 8)
