  • Hi all!
    This is an intermediate slow flow practice focusing deeply on the hamstrings, hip flexors and hips, all to prepare getting into the splits.
    It's been since high school that I've been able to do the splits and now that I'm 57 I'm working on new ways to increase my flexibility, balance, strength and challenging myself both mentally and physically.
    I'm excited to do this practice with you.
    Let's have fun and see what our body is able to do today.
    PROPS: Yoga blocks (optional - blanket)
